Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, Analytics, or a related discipline
Technical/Functional Skills
* Strong experience in corporate business development
* Should have excellent communication / English language (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
* Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally - Delhi/NCR)
* Self directed work style with minimum direction
* Ability to work under pressure
* Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results
* A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of business development strategies
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Good analytical skills and problem-solving approach
* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Roles & Responsibilities
* Understand the current business offerings of the Company and its partner.
* Promoting company’s product and services by communicating with direct and indirect clients.
* Use innovative strategies and tactics to target global prospective customers.
* Take ownership in end-to-end sales & marketing and close prospects to generate revenues.
* Analyze the HR industry current and future trends and prepare market research report.
* Research and identify business & sales/marketing opportunities, and generate leads via social platforms.
* Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients
* Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their teams
* Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process.
* Negotiations and agreement signups.
* Other key responsibilities that are imperative for business development and digital social branding.
