Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Management, Analytics, or a related discipline
Technical/Functional Skills
* 4+ years of Technical recruiting and sourcing experience in fast-paced Start- Up companies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.
* Hands-on experience in recruitment for Non-Tech roles(sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation), campus hiring, employer branding, train hiring managers, vendor, and stakeholder management.
* Familiarity with various recruitment tools & channels.
* Proficient in Ms excel, Google sheets, Powerpoint, Word.
* Could work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment.
* Ability to multi-task and posses knack for data
Roles & Responsibilities
* Own full recruitment life cycle – from JD creation to sourcing till offer majorly for non-tech roles.
* Can leverage various sourcing channels such as job portals, personal network, referrals, and agencies to ensure healthy pipeline balancing costs.
* Understands talent/workforce needs, market gaps/ need gaps to develop innovative recruitment practices which can lead to improvement in talent acquisition and engagement during the hiring process.
* Understands the business and roles clearly and works closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders for timely deliverables.
* Ensures data reporting in a timely and accurate manner and derive insights from data for process improvements.
* Willing to take up additional projects in the area of talent acquisition, employer branding, candidate experience etc.
* Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
* End to end ownership of the the entire lifecycle from onboarding to Exit.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and associates in actively responding to and addressing associate concerns in a timely manner. Conduct complete investigations and make recommendations based on findings/facts. Escalate issues to HR leadership and BU leadership as appropriate. Collaborate with HR leadership and inside counsel as needed to address complex or highly sensitive issues.
* Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.
* Ability to deliver HR programs to effectively address business issues.
